SMS Terms
The program
MetaG Team is operated by METAG INC., a Delaware corporation. If you give us your mobile number and check the box to receive texts, we text you about the film you ordered from us.
What we send
- Updates about your film order: when your first cut is ready, when a revision is done, and when the final film is delivered.
- Payment links for an order you asked for.
- Replies to the questions and change requests you send us.
We do not send unrelated marketing texts.
How often
Message frequency varies by order. Most orders involve a handful of messages.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will confirm once and send nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. You can still receive updates about your order by email.
Consent
Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Your mobile information
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and only for that purpose. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
